Making a call there instantly starts your claim and the follow-through and make sure that it's taken care of. I have never had a complaint against this agency as they tended to my needs every time I made a call. I also want to thank Teri, The office manager, for her efforts in getting all my questions answered and making things happen where it's necessary. She has been there 37 years and knows the insurance business inside out and I'm lucky to have somebody like that that gets things done.
And here's the kicker, State farm just informed us that we are getting dividends back or what they call payments because they had such a great year last year. I don't know of any other insurance company that does that. This is why it will never leave State farm. I have never had a complaint about its operation since belonging to State farm insurance."
